Town of Essex Zoning Law Update
The Town of Essex is the recipient of a $100,000 NYS DEC Smart Growth Round 8 grant to support the updating of the Town’s current Zoning Law. This update comes on the heels of the Town completing a major revision of their Comprehensive Plan.
