Absentee Ballot Application

The Voter Registration Form is used to: register to vote, change a name or address if different than the last time one voted or to enroll or change their enrollment in a particular political party. This form can be completed and forwarded to the Essex County Board of Elections located at 7551 Court St, PO Box 217, Elizabethtown, NY  12932

Absentee Ballot

If you are registered to vote, but will be unable to go to your polling place on Primary Day and/or Election Day due to either physical illness or absence from Town, you may vote by Absentee Ballot. Once the absentee ballot application is completed and returned to the Essex Board of Elections, you will be mailed a paper ballot on which you may cast your vote and return to the Board of Elections.
