Planning Board Alternate Member - the Town is seeking an individual to serve as an alternate member to the Planning Board. Responsibilities include filling in, as requested by the Chair to either fulfill a meeting quorum or to alleviate a conflict of interest with a current board member at any given monthly Planning Board meeting. Interest in local planning and zoning is required, as is the annual completion of 4-hour of professional development. This position is a great way to get involved in your local government without needing to commit large amounts of time to the endeavor.
